Ethan Morton
Vice President of Business Development
Ethan Morton is joining Nano-Yield as Vice President of Business Development, focused on building and executing go-to-market strategies within the ingredient and formulation space. He will be working closely with manufacturing partners to integrate Nano-Yield’s technology into existing and next-generation product platforms and help scale differentiated innovation. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Illinois State University. His background is rooted in agriculture and business, with formal training that blends agronomic fundamentals, commercial strategy, and market development. Over time, hands-on experience across multiple ag sectors has been just as impactful as his formal education. He has spent his career in North American agriculture across crop protection, biologicals, specialty products, and go-to-market leadership roles. His experience spans row crops, specialty crops, forestry, turf & ornamentals, and home & garden - working closely with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and growers to scale new technologies and drive adoption. Nano-Yield sits at the intersection of innovation and practical application. Ethan is excited by the opportunity to partner directly with manufacturers to help translate cutting-edge technology into real-world solutions that fit seamlessly into existing product portfolios while delivering measurable value. Agriculture is one of the few industries where what we do truly matters every day. Helping growers, manufacturers, and partners solve real problems - while contributing to productivity, sustainability, and food security - is incredibly rewarding.

Most of Ethan's free time is spent with his family. He enjoys staying active, working on projects around the house, and getting outside whenever possible. He is a big fan of technology, strategy games, and anything that involves building or optimizing systems - whether that’s at work or at home. He also enjoy traveling and exploring new places when time allows. Ethan is excited to collaborate with the Nano-Yield team and our partners as we continue to push innovation forward. He believes the best progress comes from strong partnerships, clear strategy, and a shared commitment to doing things better than they’ve been done before.
