For any business to be successful it all starts with having the right people on the bus and in the right seat. Aqua-Yield has grown its sales team in 2021 with the recent addition of seven highly qualified and motivated people. These seven individuals are powering the Aqua-Yield bus in the right direction. “When I was looking for the right candidates to build our team, there were two critical things I looked for”, states Jim Krebsbach VP of Sales at Aqua-Yield. “I knew the candidate would need to have an established network of growers and ag retailers” says Krebsbach. When Aqua-Yield introduces nanoliquid technology to a prospective customer, the adoption cycle speeds up when the prospect already has a relationship with the sales representative. Another skill Krebsbach looked for was agronomic knowledge. Nanoliquids fit into many applications, so a broad knowledge of crops and application methods was critical for the candidates to exude. “Each of the new hires will immediately earn the respect of customers because they will not sell Aqua-Yield’s nanoliquid if it does not fit the situation” says Krebsbach.

With passion for success and a strong network and knowledge base, Aqua-Yield is proud to present our new team members:

Jeff Howe, Regional Manager PNW

Jeff has a solid background in agronomy and has spent 50 years in the ag industry, most recently as an agronomy manager at a highly successful coop. Jeff has a passion for helping growers produce the best crop they can, and he is quickly learning how nanoliquids can help.

Mike Jackson, Regional Manger Eastern Corn Belt

Mike has had 25 years of success during his career, launching new products and it shows. He understands how to build relationships and product positioning.  Aqua-Yield had little exposure in the cornbelt, but by hiring Mike, we know we have the right person to make it happen.

"The addition of these brilliant individuals is a testament to our growth and our commitment to having Nanoliquids in every tank on every farm in America, states Aqua-Yield CEO, Clark Bell.

"We are excited to have these seven men elevate the commercialization of our technology platform and know they will make a significant impact agronomically, economically and environmentally to their local regions”, says Bell.
