Marco Guirado Promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales

Nano-Yield® is pleased to announce the promotion of Marco Guirado to Senior Vice President of Sales, effective September 1, 2026. We could not be more excited for Marco as he steps into this new leadership role while continuing his responsibilities as Vice President of International Business Development.

A Career Rooted in Agriculture

Marco has been in the agricultural industry for most of his career. He brings more than 25 years of experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from the Technological Institute of Sonora and a Master of Business Administration from La Salle Northwest University.

An Evolution of Growth

Marco joined Nano-Yield in August of 2022. During his time with the company, he has held the roles of Vice President of International Sales and Vice President of International Business Development, leading to his most recent promotion to Senior Vice President of Sales.

A New Chapter in Leadership

In his new role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marco will be responsible for establishing collaboration across agricultural markets around the world to increase the adoption of NLT Technology. 

He will work closely with each of our Regional Sales Leaders to ensure the team is working cohesively toward the same goals. Marco will continue to grow the business and help farmers improve efficiency while maximizing their return on investment.

Looking Ahead to What’s Next

When asked what he is most excited about in his new role, Marco said, “To be part of a team that is bringing disruptive and unique ag innovation and helping farmers improve their efficiency, as it will be reflected in their ROI.”

Marco added that he is proud to be part of the Nano-Yield family. Likewise, we are proud of his achievements and thankful to have him on our team.
