In the 2023 growing season, Nano-Yield™ conducted trials in the Midwest, employing a third-party research team to assess the effect of using fertilizers treated with NanoCote™ Core for soybeans and corn. Trials on 20-acre plots, alongside control plots, involved farmers providing pre-plant phosphorus fertilizer rates, with experimental fertilizer coated with 108 oz/ton of NanoCote Core. Thorough soil and tissue analyses, field visits, and data collection by consultants and agronomists ensured a comprehensive evaluation. Participating growers and blenders provided crucial feedback through surveys, addressing aspects like application and dust reduction. Harvesting separately from experimental and control plots, growers utilized onboard yield collecting technology for real-time data, offering a comprehensive overview of NanoCote Core's real-world application and user experience.

The Rise of NanoCote Core in Corn:

NanoCote Core increased corn yield with a reduced rate of total phosphorus, demonstrating a staggering 13-bushel-per-acre increase—a significant gain for corn farmers.

Defying the Odds in the Face of Drought:

NanoCote Core promoted resistance to severe drought conditions and boosted corn yield despite water scarcity, a testament to resilience and innovation.

Soybean Triumph with NanoCote Core:

Shifting focus to soybeans, NanoCote Core achieved success at a reduced rate of phosphorus and a 3-bushel-per-acre yield increase, reinforcing NanoCote Core as a valuable tool for sustainable farming.

Conclusion: A New Era in Farming:

Trial collaborators agree, NanoCote Core is a new catalyst for increased yields, resilience, and sustainability. The data and trials confirm NanoCote Core's role in reshaping the future of farming, ushering in an era of abundance. Stay tuned for more chapters in this journey towards a greener, more bountiful tomorrow.

In modern agriculture, efficiency, consistency, and product quality are more important than ever. Fertilizer blenders are at the heart of this process, and using NanoCote™ can make a big difference in operations, equipment longevity, and the end product. Cleaner, Safer Operations One of the biggest challenges for blenders is dust. Dust not only creates a mess but also contributes to equipment wear and potential product loss. NanoCote™ tackles this problem head-on, reducing dust by up to 99%. The result? Cleaner equipment, less maintenance, and a safer environment for workers. Simpler, Faster Application Applying coatings to fertilizer can be a time-consuming and complex task—especially if heat or specialized equipment is required. NanoCote™ is designed to blend easily and dry quickly, without the need for additional machinery. With only 3–4 quarts per ton required, blenders can achieve consistent coverage without altering the fertilizer’s nutrient profile. Boosted Efficiency and Product Quality NanoCote™ doesn’t just make operations cleaner—it also helps improve throughput. Its uniform coating ensures that each granule is protected and nutrient-rich, preventing segregation and enhancing overall product quality. Plus, after application nutrients are protected in the soil with increased uptake efficiency to support higher yield. Environmental and Economic Advantages NanoCote™ is biodegradable, protecting fertilizer nutrients while keeping soil biology safe. And by reducing dust and minimizing wear on equipment, blenders save money on maintenance and replacement costs. Plus, consistent high-quality products translate to better crop performance, stronger relationships with customers, and increased business success. Why Blenders Love NanoCote™ From cleaner operations to cost savings, NanoCote™ provides tangible benefits at every stage of the blending process. It’s a smart choice for fertilizer blenders who want to enhance operational efficiency, improve product quality, and support sustainable practices. NanoCote™ is changing the way fertilizer blenders operate—one granule at a time.
