What an electrifying time we had in Scottsdale, AZ! The energy, the enthusiasm, and the sheer brilliance that filled the air during NanoCon was nothing short of extraordinary.

For those who came, you brought an undeniable spark to the event. As for those who couldn't make it this time, you were genuinely missed, and we're already counting down the days until we can reunite next year for an even bigger, bolder NanoCon!

Now, let's dive into the exhilarating highlights that made NanoCon 2023 an unforgettable experience:

Unveiling NanoCote™ Core: Breaking Ground in Nanotechnology!

Prepare yourselves for a groundbreaking announcement that has the agri-world buzzing with excitement! Our latest creation, NanoCote™ Core, isn't just a product; it's a revolution. Imagine a granular fertilizer with a nanoparticle coating, taking crop nourishment to unprecedented heights. Explore the triumphs revealed through external data trials on our website! This is not just a product launch; it's a game-changer!

Nano-Mania in the Techno Realm:

Our NanoCon was not just a gathering; it was a convergence of brilliant minds delving deep into the nano universe. Our expert leaders took center stage, unraveling the secrets of nano-technology, from the basics to real-world applications on the vast canvas of farms. It wasn't just discussions; it was an exploration of the nano frontier, and you were at the heart of it!

Let's hear from our activity leaders on all the fun we had outside of the conference learning!

ATV Rides Through Wheeler’s Needle

The ATV rides provided by Stellar Adventures took the NanoCon attendees through the desert forest at the base of the Superstition Mountains, near Wheeler’s Needle. We raced on the trails led by tour guides who told stories of old ranches and the Lost Dutchman’s gold mine. The ride was designed for all experienced riders so no one was left behind or left out.

After blazing through the dust, we met up at OHSO Brewery in Scottsdale for a beer tasting of the local brews served with some delicious appetizers as we told stories about the ride and of the new Nano-Yield products.

It was a great time had by eve ryone, and great friendships were made by everyone.

Frank Lloyd Wright Museum - Taliesin West

A small group of U.S. and international partners joined us for a tour of Taliesin West, the architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s winter home and “desert laboratory.” We learned that students used to pay around $650 for a full year of room, board, and architectural schooling with Wright. The space is simply incredible in its thoughtful design and quiet, comforting ambiance. Taliesin West was truly built in sync with the surrounding nature, in keeping with his signature style.

Hunting Some Hogs!

At the 2023 NanoCon I had the chance to take a group of our customers out to hunt Hogs at the Blue Rooster Hunt Ranch in Arizona. It was a blast! Tom was the lead guide to our experience and he had the hogs dialed in. The ranch has the Little Colorado river running through it and so we got to hike along the rim and scout for hogs, wildebeest and rams along the river and in the thickets. Every guy who came had a chance to get a shot off and nearly everyone went home with a kill.

Overall we had a great time getting to know each other and spending some time outdoors in a new area hunting for hogs.

Golfing at Talking Stick!

The golf outing at NanoCon was a blast. It was a perfect weather day, and the perfect opportunity to connect with clients. The joy of being outdoors, getting fresh air, soaking up the sun, and trying to hit golf balls straight was a rejuvenating break from the day to day workings for everyone. Seeing our clients face to face during the golf outing strengthened the rapport we've been building for months and even years. It also gets the competitive juices flowing a little bit when you sink a long putt to save par after being in the trees for the previous shot (that's where I spent most of my time).

All in all, the golf outing was the perfect marriage of business and pleasure. We made new relationships and built on the existing connections that we work so hard to keep, all while having fun on the course. I can't wait to go back.

He has experience in production, retail, distribution, agronomy, product development, and sales. As he completes his third sales season at Nano-Yield®, Joel continues to exceed expectations and contribute to the overall growth and success of his distributors, dealers, and growers. Joel started at Nano-Yield® as a Regional Sales Manager, covering Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma. While these states remain part of his territory, Joel is now stepping into the role of Director of Central Region Sales. He will serve as a manager to Regional Sales Managers who cover the Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Arkansas regions. Joel said that bringing affordable products that work to the market is what motivates him every day. He wants to help growers succeed while contributing to the growth of his distributors and dealers. Joel hopes to pass on his knowledge and view of the business to the next generation. He said that the thing he enjoys the most about working for Nano-Yield® is the family atmosphere. When asked about his new role, Joel said the following: “I relish the challenge. I’m not done growing in Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. I want to take the model that I started in those three states and spread it to the other areas. There’s still room to grow — we’re not done yet.” Joel is known for his positive attitude, contagious energy, and ability to motivate others around him. When Joel is around, his peers know it’s going to be a fun and successful day.
