NanoPro adds a unique mode of action to your tank

How Weeds Affect Nitrogen

Weeds are more than just an annoyance. When weeds are growing near crops, their roots are competing for the same nutrients and water. This hidden competition can result in significant yield losses and decreased revenue. Even a small nitrogen theft of 1–2 pounds per acre early in the growing season can lower yields by 2–10%, or up to 20 bushels per acre on a 200 bu/acre crop. At $5 per bushel, this means you could lose up to $100 per acre—all because of weeds.

How Weeds Steal Your Profits

Using established agronomic data, scientists at Nano-Yield were able to calculate that under moderate weed pressure, weeds can steal 0.07 pounds of nitrogen from your crops every single day. Over just six days, that adds up to 0.42 pounds of lost nitrogen—a 2% yield loss. On a 200 bu/acre crop, that’s 4 bushels of corn gone, or $20 out of your pocket. And if the weed pressure gets worse, the losses climb higher.

What is NanoPro, and Why Does It Matter?

NanoPro is an additive with advanced nanotechnology designed to increase the absorption of herbicides like Glyphosate. When used together, the weed control efficacy improves by up to 60%. This means fewer weeds competing with your crops and less nitrogen stolen from your field. Over the same six days, the nitrogen loss drops to just 0.17 pounds—so small it barely impacts your yield. NanoPro also improves uptake and for herbicides like 2,4-D and Dicamba.

Real Results, Real Savings

By pairing NanoPro with Glyphosate and other herbicides, growers can significantly cut down on weed competition and protect their yields. Additionally, NanoPro users report needing to make fewer spray applications to kill weeds, cutting down on the cost of herbicide and labor.

Why Wait? Take Back Control Today

When it comes to farming, every decision matters. Choosing tools like NanoPro isn’t just about convenience—it’s about making sure your crop is the best it can be. With NanoPro, you're not just spraying herbicide; you’re investing in a smarter, more efficient way to protect your fields.
