NanoCote is a practical and affordable dry nutrient solution

When it comes to modern farming, every input matters—especially when fertilizer prices are high and environmental efficiency is under the microscope. One of the biggest hidden losses growers face is fertilizer dust-off. Studies show that up to 20% of dry fertilizer can be lost to dust and off-target movement. At a $600/ton price and a 300 lb/acre application rate, that's $18 per acre literally blowing away in the wind.

That’s not just frustrating—it’s expensive.

The NanoCote™ Solution:
Enter
NanoCote, Nano-Yield’s dry fertilizer coating technology designed to reduce dust-related nutrient loss and increase product efficiency. With a 98% reduction in dust loss, NanoCote turns a frustrating loss into a measurable win.

And the best part? It only costs $7.50 per acre to apply.

Let’s Do the Math

Take a look at the economic breakdown:

In plain terms, you spend $7.50 to protect $18 worth of fertilizer—and walk away with a net savings of over $10 per acre. Multiply that across a thousand acres and you're looking at $10,000 in savings. That’s money back in your pocket, with the added benefit of cleaner air, more precise nutrient delivery, and better stewardship of your land.

Efficiency That Pays

Dry fertilizer is a vital input for many operations, but it's also one of the most vulnerable to inefficiency. Dust not only costs money—it impacts product consistency, coverage, and environmental sustainability. With NanoCote, you’re addressing a decades-old issue with a next-generation solution that adds value across the board.

Built for Blenders, Trusted by Agronomists

NanoCote is easy to apply and blends seamlessly into your current fertilizer program. It’s proudly made in the USA and designed with both growers and blenders in mind. From simplified logistics to better crop performance, NanoCote is more than a coating—it’s a strategic investment in the future of your fields.

Key Takeaway

"Spend $7.50 per acre with NanoCote to save over $10 per acre in fertilizer loss."

With margins tight and input costs rising, no grower can afford to throw away value. NanoCote helps ensure your fertilizer stays where it belongs—in your field and working for your crop.
