I can’t believe it’s already June. It’s fascinating that despite extreme weather conditions, unparalleled supply chain disruptions, and various other obstacles, somehow, for the most part, crops are in the ground, and growers are carrying on with the business of growing. It seems there is no end to the variety of challenges that growers face, and every year, they quietly tackle the challenges and produce a crop.

Having moved out of Aqua-Yield® Research and Development and into Operations this year, I currently see our own Aqua-Yield® challenges from a different perspective. When I was leading Research & Development, the project cycle was often a mix of medium and long-term projects that matured over weeks or months. In contrast, on the Operations side, we have a goal of shipping high quality products within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. There are many tasks involved in shipping high-quality products in a timely manner: from the unique process of high-throughput nanoparticle production to the mundane ordering of 2.5 gallon jugs. We couldn’t do it all if it weren’t for our hard-working Operations team members.

Thanks to the hard work of Grayson Bell, Justin Andrews, and the other Ops team members; April 13th was the last time a regular order took longer than 24 hours to fulfill. So far this year, 96% of all orders have been fulfilled within 24 hours. Our team is awesome!

“This is called NanoPro. It saves money and kills weeds. I use it and you should too.” That’s how Jared Wedel, a farmer in Oklahoma, summed it up on video. Simple. Straightforward. And honestly—right on point.

As 2025 comes to a close, it’s clear this past year tested nearly every corner of agriculture. Volatile markets, rising costs, regulatory pressure, and rapid innovation forced agribusiness leaders to make tough decisions—often with imperfect information.
