We are excited to welcome Micki Palmersheim to the team as our Regulatory Specialist. Micki has a unique background in the agricultural world. In her graduate studies, she researched Alfalfa Leafcutting Bees, which are managed bee species that are incredibly important for alfalfa seed production. She has studied pollinator populations for the last seven years and we are thrilled to have her background with us for the Aqua-Yield team. Her experience with pollinators really drove Micki’s passion for improving practices in agriculture to help maintain food security, and especially for innovating sustainable solutions. Aqua-Yield's technology, which provides sustainable options and improves the effectiveness of agrochemicals, had her excited immediately. When Micki isn’t working, she enjoys hiking and exploring local breweries with her dog, Pickle. She’s happy to be in Utah to get back into snowboarding.

As the Aqua-Yield Vice President of Finance, Josh Roberts is excited to be a part of a company that is making waves and pushing the technology of a traditional marketplace. His love of learning and striving to help businesses build a strong financial foundation is something that is a key asset at Aqua-Yield. Josh loves the outdoor lifestyle and can be found snowboarding, hiking, canyoneering, and cooking. He has a passion for cooking and playing soccer with his family. He is married to his lovely wife Brenda with three children that they are absolutely proud of, one of them even has a lawn care business. Josh has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Westminster College and is currently working on his Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology from Brigham Young University.
