Brent Etzkorn

We’d like to welcome Brent Etzkorn as the new Territory Manager - Tree Fruit Specialist located in the PNW. He’s excited to work with cutting edge technology that Aqua-Yield is bringing to agriculture. Brent truly is a tree fruit specialist with his family working with pears, apples and cherries outside of Wenatchee Washington since 1909. Brent’s passion is high-quality tree-fruit. Brent received his Associate degree from Wenatchee Valley College in Horticulture & Tree Fruit Production and received his Bachelor of Science in Integrated Plant Sciences majoring in Fruit and Vegetable Management from Washington State University in 2016. When he isn’t at work, you can find him skiing, golfing, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Jim Otte

Jim Otte is Aqua-Yield’s newest sales rep for the Carolinas. He’s excited about the new technology that Aqua-Yield has that allows growers to have a better return on investment with what they are already using on their crops. To Jim, agricultural business is second nature as he ran a retail agriculture business and farmed for 25+ years. He has a great understanding of what growers need and want from Aqua-Yield and our products. When Jim isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with and playing with his grandkids.

Matt Ward

Matt Ward has joined Aqua-Yield as the newest Territory Manager of the Midwest. He’s excited to work with cutting edge technology, a great team and have a new adventure into the nanoliquid space. Matt has a love of farming, watching the seasons change and watching the crop growing process. He received his Bachelor of Science in Ag Business from Iowa State University. You can always count on finding Matt in the mountains when he isn’t helping growers and dealers with their crop yield. Skiing, hiking and spending time with family and friends is what he will be doing!

Joey Cauceglia

Joey Cauceglia is a member of the research and development team. He’s inspired by the mission of Aqua-Yield and the intellectual fulfillment of working with nanoparticles. There’s so much to explore and he’s eager to dig in. Though Joey has never before worked in the agricultural industry, he’s always felt a tug to the industry along with the questions and challenges it brings. Joey has received his Bachelor of Science and Ph.D in Biology from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. When Joey isn’t helping inside the research lab, he’s out exploring by backpacking, hiking and in the winter, skiing. However, he does enjoy inside activities such as crafting, woodworking and more recently metal working. Welcome, Joey!
