Salt Lake City, UT — Pursuing a quest for superior turfgrass management products, parent company Nano-Yield™ today launched its professional line of nanoliquid™ products under their Turf NanoTech™ brand. Researchers there have been mastering how to engineer mineral carriers into nanoscopic particles: essentially tiny silica sponges designed to be loaded with solutions like fertilizers, fungicides, PGR’s, herbicides, and insecticides to deliver and get more from these inputs. This new product line aims specifically to enhance the control and performance on professionally managed turfgrass.

Phil Dwyer, Ph.D. Turf NanoTech™ Director, says the initial focus of the company will include golf courses, professional lawn care, athletic fields and sod production across the country. “Our new products admittedly look just like any other liquid fertilizers you’ve tried: same jug, label, guaranteed analysis, made for turf, directions, rates, etc.”, he says. “The one difference though is Turf NanoTech products have an ingredient which allows them to perform unlike anything else: nanoparticles. The nanoparticles in all TNT products are designed to do one thing: controlled delivered™.”

It was the desire to increase turf quality and production which led to the start of Nano-Yield™. Turf grass is in the DNA of the Bell family.  40 years of active research and development, to improve turfgrass quality and delivery. Introducing nanoliquid technology to the turfgrass industry at a professional, golf course-type level is a “next step” that simply makes sense. “The TNT Nano Activators are engineered nanoparticle solutions designed to tank mix or combine with fertilizer, pesticide, or PGR products to improve their uptake and delivery,” says company CEO Clark Bell. “Our new TNT Nano fertilizers are high-quality turfgrass fertilizers paired with specially designed nanoparticles to improve nutrient uptake into every blade of grass.”
