Parker Brown, Sales Agronomist for TriYield,

recently trialed 4 oz/ac NanoPro ® with

an insecticide and fungicide. Based on previous studies, it was expected that NanoPro ® would improve absorption and consequently improve efficacy.

RHYME ® FUNGICIDE (Flutrialfol) by FMC Corporation is a systemic fungicide for the prevention and control of tough diseases and rot in crops like tomatoes.  In just 2 hours after tissue testing we can see an immediate higher concentration and quicker uptake of AI into the plant.

Trigard ® (Cyromazine) is a systemic insecticide by Syngenta ® .  NanoPro ® really delivered this product. While the chemical itself had an issue with uptake into the plant, NanoPro ® successfully loaded the product for a quicker delivery into the plant.  NanoPro ® increases the uptake as a carrier of actives across multiple barriers: cuticle, plasma membrane, and cell wall.

By using NanoPro ® with crop protection products, growers can enhance control, even in the presence of limiting factors that negatively influence control such as pest tolerances, stressed plants, or environmental losses. NanoPro ® is a carrier adjuvant that facilitates quicker uptake whether foliar or soil applied, helping crop protectants reach target sites in greater concentrations.
